Traditional funders exiting the market and the unprecedented shift towards carbon neutrality has created significant opportunities in mining and energy investments.
Rapid change creates price dislocations, and with it the potential for compelling returns. The PURE Resources Fund is uniquely placed to capitalise.
The PURE Resources Fund is a hybrid credit fund targeting 25-50 investments. Our extensive bottom-up, credit-based investment process, seeks to identify high quality businesses with the potential for extraordinary growth. We seek to fund mispriced companies when they are under-researched and under-valued by the investment market.

We invest in mining, mining services and mining technology.
We focus on companies with proven resources in development, production or restart.
We target $10m-500m market capitalisation companies.
The fund predominantly invests in listed companies, with a maximum exposure to private companies of 25% of NAV.

Credit analysis allows for over-the-wall due diligence. As part of this we get access to the company’s financial model, sales pipeline, key contracts, and board papers before we invest.
