The Trustees of the PURE Income and Growth Fund (the Fund) wish to update unitholders on liquidity.

Following settlement of the August Liquidity Window in October, a range of processes continue to be undertaken to provide unitholders with additional liquidity.

The Fund’s assets are inherently illiquid, and the portfolio continues to be managed with both value and liquidity in mind. A further update will be provided once the outcomes of such processes are known.
